Get Banned Using Maphack

If you are using the maphack for the Battle.net ladder game (standard game), you will have a fatal error at the end of your game, which forcing the warcraft 3 application to close and force you out to the deskstop screen.

Once you restart your warcraft 3 application, you will not be able to go in to ladder game anymore. Your account will be permanently being banned and your CD-key will be banned to go into the ladder game for a period, and could be permanent.

So, think twice when you want to use maphack
